Static IP Address

How can I see if I have a static IP address? I am sure I paid for one but I am not sure how to check.

Just go to www.whatsmyip.com it will show you your ip then switch you router off and then back on again then go back to whatsmyip and see if it has changed if it has you aint static SIMPLES!!!
