Confusion over Falconnet/Blackbird/Entanet...

Hi. I just rang the Falconnet sales number, which got me through to Entanet. The woman there didn't seem to know much about Falconnet, and told me that they had either changed their name or no longer existed, but were now called Blackbird. This was a bit confusing, so I rang the number on Blackbird's website and got through to, oddly, Falconnet. I managed to set up a broadband connection very easily and they were very helpful, but I'm a little confused now:

Is Falconnet still an Entanet reseller (it says so on their website) and what number should I ring for tech support, the number on the Falconnet site, or the Blackbird number? I'd appreciate some clarification in regard to this as I can't seem to get any information on it, and I'd like to know whose running my broadband!
